Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Account Manager

Location – Remote with some Visits to Client Sites Nationwide monthly/quarterly

Kenny- Whelan, founded in 1976, is the largest supplier of contract staffing to the Life Science Sector in Ireland. With a balanced mix of Clients across all locations in Ireland, and multiple SLA’s in place to include, SOW, MSP’s, and exclusive project based agreements, our business has grown considerably over the last 25 years.

We now have an opportunity for an experienced candidate, to fully manage the contract and temporary hiring for an MSP on our Multi-site Biotech and Pharma Client.

A recruitment position with a difference:

Responsibilities:

• Account manage and develop the existing Kenny-Whelan business within a Key Account. 
• Identify and develop talent across all disciplines within the Biotech and Pharma Industry.
• Develop strong working relationships with the key players across our Client operation, in multiple locations in Ireland.
• Develop an intimate understanding of each client site, processes, products, project pipeline, and cultural requirements.
• Become the leading personal brand and no. 1 Staffing partner to our Client.

Interested candidates, ideally, will have:

• 3-5 years proven experience in contract and temporary staffing for the Pharma and Biotech sector.
• A keen interest and knowledge of the industry.
• Proven ability to source and select top talent for our Client requirements.
• High levels of enthusiasm, energy and drive.
• A confident manner, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy dealing with clients and candidates at all levels.
• Proven experience in developing long-term relationships with candidates.
• Experience of working with the standard systems associated with the Managed Service arena.

***Experience of sourcing candidates for the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry essential ***
