Mechanical Maintenance Data Technician

In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates are currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Data Technician for the Cork area.

The Client:

The Client is a well established Pharmaceutical company in Cork.

Profile:

The Mechanical Maintenance Data Technician will work with the Engineering Projects team on site.   

Duties:

• Creating maintenance strategies following a standard approach defined in departmental procedures
• Working with project and process engineers to develop maintenance data for capital projects
• Working with maintenance SMEs to ensure data alignment with maintenance standards
• Building data loaders for the sites CMMS system

Educational / IT Qualifications

• Time Served Mechanical Fitter and /or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Desirable Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ms Office to include Word and Advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge and skills in MAXIMO, PEMAC, or other Maintenance Management system essential

Key Experience:

• 5+ Years working in a maintenance or engineering role in the Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology industry
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs
• Good understanding of operational processes
• Strong understanding of the engineering requirements that drive asset management

** Please note that as this is a Contract role you need to be eligible to work in Ireland, hold a Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 Visa
