Overview
Job Purpose:
The role of the Business Analyst – Reward will be reporting to the Group Compensation Director. It will involve working with the Regional Reward Teams to help enhance the specialist reward function and drive the performance and reward agenda across the group. The role will have specific group reward responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business process analysis and definition
- To champion continuous improvement of processes and internal controls
- Continuously reviews group policies and recommend new and innovative solutions as required
- To lead financial modelling and analysis
- Provide business analyst services to support the introduction of any new technology within Reward
- Builds strong communication lines with the regional reward teams
- Develops deep understanding of internal reward offerings and market practice across the group
- Assist with the year-end pay review & bonus processes in line with the global reward strategy
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years business analysis experience
- Experience in HR, Tax or Finance a distinct advantage
- Familiarity with Reward and Finance business process would be an advantage
- Strong systems knowledge and technical knowhow across a range of applications
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, logical, and systematic in data analysis
