Kenny-Whelan & Associates in partnership with its Client is currently seeking a Right Information Technician to join a well established Pharmaceutical company in the Cork area.
Profile
We are seeking a Right Information Technician to join our Site Projects team. The candidate should have previous experience of working in a maintenance or projects environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Bio Pharmaceutical industries. The candidate will be working as part of the onsite projects team to develop the maintenance “right information” supporting the delivery multiple discipline projects.
Role Description:
- Working as a member of the Right Information Team in a busy project engineering function in a GMP manufacturing site.
- Creating maintenance strategies following a standard approach defined in departmental procedures
- Working with project and process engineers to develop maintenance data for capital projects
- Working with maintenance SMEs to ensure data alignment with maintenance standards
- Building data loaders for the sites CMMS system
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 5+ Years working in a maintenance or engineering role
- Ability to work independently, proactively and cross functionally within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing site
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs
- Experience of using IT tools such as MS Excel and Word
- Previous experience working with MAXIMO or other CMMS system
